After you purchase your chosen maintenance package, within 48 hours. Providing I have all the details I need; I can get started within a few hours, normally! I’ll be in touch during the initial process and then as and when maintenance takes place, so you’re always kept up to date!

WooCommerce requires more resources to run efficiently, securely and to be backed up. As such, more time maintenance resources are needed to facilitate maintenance to the best level of care.

Yes. I need to be able to look at the complete behind-the-scenes of your WordPress site. Your login details will only be used to facilitate your maintenance package and I will act in strict confidence when working on your website.
