After you purchase your chosen maintenance package, within 48 hours. Providing I have all the details I need; I can get started within a few hours, normally! I’ll be in touch during the initial process and then as and when maintenance takes place, so you’re always kept up to date!
General support hours are 8am to 6pm GMT Monday – Friday. However, if you have a support requirement outside of these times, then I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible.

Yes – WooCommerce has some advanced aspects due to its complexities, so you’ll need to take out our Ecommerce Package. WooCommerce requires more resources to run efficiently, securely and to be backed up. As such, more time maintenance resources are needed to facilitate maintenance to the best level of care.
Yes. I need to be able to look at the complete behind-the-scenes of your WordPress site. Your login details will only be used to facilitate your maintenance package and I will act in strict confidence when working on your website.

No! You are free to cancel or upgrade/downgrade your package at any time. You are always in control.
You can use our Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer details to pay for your maintenance package.
No! If you’re in the market for a new hosting provider, then I am happy to make recommendations! My maintenance packages are available to all sites regardless of their hosting provider.
